Lovely as expected for the price point.
A suggested staff gratuity from the hotel on checking out as a % of the stay I think is rather cheap. We pay for what we require. Contractually via the room booking. Does it say on booking you may be asked to pay more within the service you’d expect. It’s up to the client to reward staff as and when. An unattractive aspect but also to say it out loud to the both of us when settling? Degrades the Belmond brand.

Everything was absolutely excellent! The room was outstanding and the bathroom very spacious and comfortable. The ambiance was so elegant and the staff professional and kind, they were incredibly helpful. Service was top, impeccable.
